HAPA, along with project partner Brighter Broadway: A Leadership Pinebelt Project, unveiled the city's 48th mural on Oct. 27, 2023.

“This mural includes portraits of diverse children representing the future. In the middle of the design is a dandelion, illustrating a wish for hope, resilience, and happiness in the community,” said Artist Andrea Kostyal. “The abstract brushstrokes and bubbles permeate the colorful design to create a dreamlike feeling.”

The original piece is the first large-scale mural on Broadway Drive coordinated by HAPA.
